Hulk's fury is not a buff in AQ map 7?

Hi all,
May anyone explain why Hulk's fury is not a buff in AQ map 7?
I got more than 3 furies but can't cause damage to Mordo

His furies are passive, so no, they aren’t buffs.

Np. There are buffs, debuffs and passives ( which can be harmful or beneficial). Seems like when Kabam makes a node that includes both buffs/debuffs and passives, they will use the “effects” language. Like “so and so is immune to all stun effects” or “when X champ gains a fury effect…”
