Would shocker (rank 3 sig 150) be able to handle lane 1 Epoch Jabari?

Or would I be better off taking Prowler (rank 2 unduped) with me?

any other options?

    Yeah I'll be taking Silk and Photon - How come I should avoid shocker? The shock debuffs?

    Sentinel is one of the bset counters, gullitine 2099 can also do it if your skilled enough.
