If you may have accidentally purchased something (or extra somethings), or maybe even from a pop-up.
You would need to ask KABAM to refund the purchase. NOT your bank/credit card.

By having bank/credit card issue you a refund, you are not actually returning the stuff you bought, the bank is taking money away from Kabam without Kabam being able to properly refund it.

So whatever you had got with the purchase, you still have. But need to pay Kabam back for the money that your bank took away from them. In order for your Negative Units to be settled.

Does someone else have access to your device, and make those purchases on your account ?

Again, you should have asked Kabam directly for refund (if you did not use any of the items).

Not ask your Bank, or Apple, or Google for refund.

To clarify more, the moment I bought for $100, another offer of $20 was deducted, the value of which I did not even receive, so I requested a refund of the $20, but more than that was deducted from the game.

To satisfy Red / Negative credits, you but a specific offer to satisfy that.

It is different than just buying a Unit Pack like you normally would do.

(In fact, you can NOT buy normal offers, until the Negative goes away. The only thing you can buy is the one to satisfy negative credits)

And the price may be different from what that many units might normally cost.

It SHOULD be basically equal (or close) to what the money was that you got refunded.

They aren't units. They are called "contest credits". There should be an equivalent amount to buy.

I’m not 100% sure I understand what your question is but your units are still there you just can’t use them. If you hit the I icon next to your gold it should show you the units you still have. You only have to buy the $20 negative credits because that’s what you refunded.

the conversion for contest credits is different believe me I went through this too. When you buy a bundle of contest credits equal to the bundle kabam gives, u they cancel out. Any extra contest credits become units
