Tier 1 player looking for no/optional AQ

I'm looking to join an alliance with optional or no AQ. Not able to grind BGs much either so okay with minimum of 100k or so, definitely not willing to do 300k.
Have been playing tier 1 AW for a long time (including a season making Masters) and experienced with a lot of difficult fights. Looking for a P2 ally preferably but okay with P3 as well.

Roster should be good enough to handle whatever (20 R3s and close to a R4)
