Do we know when they are fixing bug to give us the rewards for level 62?

    I have sent a ticket. They closed it without resolving. Not the first ticket that had been closed like this. They have been closing every ticket I send the past 2 weeks

    They say this will get fixed with the March update. In the meantime, there are no L62 rewards.
