Level 62 issue (Ultron) (note, supposed missing Units from then tend to show up after a little while, but Ultron won’t be until next month update when the 2* is actually added to game, then will be sent to people). Or Not getting pop-up selection for certain thing (original issue, or then Plat Track issue too). Etc.
And submitting ticket after ticket about same won’t help either.

This was the first few responses I would get. Maybe being as clear as what you said would’ve been helpful. Although saying “resubmitting a ticket isn’t helpful” as well as knowing not sending a ticket isn’t helpful. Any suggestions on what might be helpful in the future with this lack of communication?

Half the time if they do answer it's a template email either asking you to answer 20 questions in detail and spend a day or 2 uploading videos, Or saying they see you're providing feedback,and any problems just restart the app. I'd just like to know how many restarts until the game works like it used to?
