Social bug

Any word from kabam on this?
The social tab is broken since months and it’s impossible to scroll down or message your friends or visit their alliance. Not everyone uses line or discord for communication. It’s really annoying.

I agree. Been broken a while and I have not heard anything about it. Is this being worked on?

Exactly, this is very annoying when ally needs to recruit members. This problem has been going on for a long time and still hasn't been fixed. In addition, another bug is not displaying incoming message notifications, making members unable to receive messages in time.

It is very frustrating! I've been playing this game for 9+ yrs & it's worked fine for what it is...communicating with members who aren't already on a group/alliance chat app. But for it to all the sudden glitch up & now for months...upon months...upon months not fix it is very frustrating.

I took a break from a higher Platinum alliance to help out my son's alliance grow. They have a lot of newer players & to not be able to communicate properly via in-game direct messages is absolutely ridiculous. To some it won't be a big deal at all, but to alliance like mine where I'm trying to help players get better it ABSOLUTELY stunts both their growth & the growth of the alliance as well.

It seems like it was fixed with the update, or at least I haven't had an issue since it's telling the update at all

@willrun4adonut - Well I guess I spoke too soon! After the new update yesterday now its working completely normal, but as of my post yesterday (pre-update) it was still glitching. I could scroll once, but after that it would lock up & I couldn't continue scrolling. Glad its finally fixed!
