All my crystals are missing

in Bugs and Known Issues




i was trying to login, and when i did i realized that all my shards from the solo events were gone, all my class catalyst crystals, all my gold crystals, my titan crystal, 3 7 star crystals, and a few 6 star crystals were all missing, can someone from kabam help me?

    Woah.. you got negative units too, did you know this?
    Is this a new way of punishing people who got negative credits?

    no clue but i’ve had negative units even after i paid my balance and they haven’t taken those away either.

    Well it could be a new way of punishing people who refund money, they were just playing as if nothing happened.

    if it is that’s ridiculous, one bc i already paid my dues and the units haven’t come yet, and two because i had those resources beforehand

    Credits are not the same as units, not sure what you mean by units haven't come yet.
    Go to the unit store and check if you see a Pink crate

    Do you still have your champs ?

    Did you mistakenly try to login to an older account of yours, which you abandoned after a refund instead of paying off the negative credits ?
    Instead of the one you meant to try to login to here ?

    (As in, maybe it's a different account)

    Or, someone else (friend, family, etc) had took your phone and went into game, opened all your crystals, mistakenly purchased something, which they got refunded later, and so now have negative credits)

    no i have bought the contest credits pack and its on my bank statement but i haven’t gotten the credits on my account, and no one was on or touched my account, i logged in to test out my new scream, i log in an hour later and everything is missing
