Visual bug or actual issue?

I have noticed in the last couple days that when I open hero crystals, if they are dupes, it doesn't show the normal +20 sig in the rewards. I can't tell if I am still getting sigs and it just doesn't appear or if I am legitimately not getting sigs. Had anybody else noticed this?

    I opened a nexus crystal, which shows the sig level before you choose. I selected a dupe and the sigs didn’t show on the next screen, but the champ sig went up 20. So it seems to be a visual thing.
