Double Track Unit Bug?

Anyone else only got 100 units and the gold track clearly shows 500 units for today’s double track claim?

Thought so. You got a comp package shortly after launch which comp’d all the missing units from both tracks. That’s why you’re getting the original units now n

That day in Gold track should have still been unclaimable, as far as actually getting the rewards, until today.

Even if they purchased advanced days (for Gold track, that should only be unlocking the days from having to do more Daily Track Objectives, but still have to wait for the days to come before claiming).

My guess is that the compensation bugged the gold track rewards then. I’ll see a bit after as I purchased all the days on my main account and bought none on another account so I’ll see what both get today.

I didn’t pay attention to how many units the comp was so who knows what the answer is.

Absolutely narrows it down but also brings another issue of whether the same thing happened on the other 2 big unit days on gold track. Also makes it strange that no one posted about it earlier. I’m sure the team will look into it when they’re back next week.

So (without trying to remember) I assume they had increased the units in this Gold Track as well as something in Platinum, shortly after Tracks started ?

Could be that when they gave the comp, they just included EVERYTHING that had been added, no matter whether people were actually able to claim that day in that track earlier or not. ?

Although probably made it more difficult on themselves, having to keep track of whether someone had already gotten the increase on this Gold day or not. Would have been easier to leave Gold compensation alone, ppl would have gotten it today in full then (simple).

This is is exactly what I thought at first but as I said, I didn’t pay attention to how many units were comp’d to say conclusively whether this is the issue or not.

How do y'all guys know if you got 100 or 500?

when I claimed it yesterday I have no idea what it was cause I just didn't notice or know there was an issue happening.

They had either seen this thread, and so checked prior to claiming.
Or had glanced at corner units #, or recently bought something, or needed to get XX more in order to buy something (like that 750 Units T6CC offer), so knew how much they had.

Me, I had seen this beforehand, so looked when claiming, and got correct 500 (but was not someone who bought advance days, which seems to be the condition as to if you got full or not).

Still unknown (at least nobody here can recall) if they happened to get EXTRA Units earlier as part of the comp mail for those that bought days prior to Kabam increasing the rewards in calendar. And so (maybe) correctly not getting the 500 now because they got those extra 400 earlier on or not.
