Good evening my name is mateo techera and I am from Montevideo Uruguay, I do not speak English therefore I had to use a translator to see if someone could help me since kabam would not be willing to help me. I am the owner of two accounts, one which I created as soon as I started the game and the other is the one I am currently using for 5 years, I lost my email that is linked to that account therefore I could not recover it, I wrote to kabam to see if they could help me change the linked email to the one I am currently using. I proved to them that I am the account owner by means of screenshots of purchases that I made to the game, the year the account was created, the country and city where the account was created, but they do not want to help me because I do not remember the old profile name of the game, they tell me that to know that information I have to search in the notifications that were sent to the linked email of the account, but I told them in a thousand ways that that email no longer exists, I lost it, I cannot access it and they do not want to help me. My question is if I am in danger of losing my account in the future because the guys at Kabam don't want to help me? Or how can this be solved since it is an account that is at the bottom rank and I have a lot of dedication to the account.

Sorry this is very long and the English is bad but I don't know what else to do to solve this, I hope someone high ranking at Kabam can help me.

1/ Are you currently able to login to both accounts?

2/ Unless you have shared account login info, no one can have access to your account so both are safe.

3/ One email account cannot be used for two game account.

4/ Are you merely don’t have login to the email (since you “lost” it)? This does not affect being able to login to official game site to claim crystals.

1/ Yes, because they are different emails.

2/ I haven't given the information to anyone.

3/ The email I want to link is a new one I made for games and etc.

4/ That's my question, if in the future there could be a problem for not having the email since I don't have access to see notifications that Kabam sends to the same one and etc.

For now I can enter the game because the game password was different from the linked email, but my fear is that in the future I will lose the account. Kabam doesn't want to help me, they stopped answering my emails and they don't give me solutions just because I can't remember the old profile name when I already showed them that I am the owner.

Also, Kabam told me that the email can be changed from the website, but in order to do so they sent me all the information on how to change the email to the same lost address. I showed it to them and they ignored me. They also won't tell me what my previous profile name was when I showed them that I am the owner.

4/ I have several alts that is login without a valid email (by that I meant no one can send emails to that email id) account. So, that is the risk I accept.

I think as you wrote, all security question must be answered, unfortunately.

I wonder how many lost email addresses are out there just lost in the ether.

Identity management is tough.

You are you but Kabam has no way to know that so have to go through these steps or open themselves up to legal repercussions.

That link doesn't work, I contacted them and they don't help you as it says.

They want me to check the Gmail that I lost, which I haven't had access to for the last 5 years, for an email that says my old name before I changed it, but they don't understand that I don't have access to see that, I showed them purchases, dates, prices, place where I created the account and everything, but because I can't remember the old name, they don't help you.

Guys, you've already solved my problem, I was able to change the email addresses, which means I'm no longer at risk of losing my account!! I want to thank you for taking the time out of your lives to answer me and try to help me. I had lost the desire to play, thinking that at some point I could lose my account, but now I have the desire to play again!!!.
