Change of email
Good evening my name is mateo techera and I am from Montevideo Uruguay, I do not speak English therefore I had to use a translator to see if someone could help me since kabam would not be willing to help me. I am the owner of two accounts, one which I created as soon as I started the game and the other is the one I am currently using for 5 years, I lost my email that is linked to that account therefore I could not recover it, I wrote to kabam to see if they could help me change the linked email to the one I am currently using. I proved to them that I am the account owner by means of screenshots of purchases that I made to the game, the year the account was created, the country and city where the account was created, but they do not want to help me because I do not remember the old profile name of the game, they tell me that to know that information I have to search in the notifications that were sent to the linked email of the account, but I told them in a thousand ways that that email no longer exists, I lost it, I cannot access it and they do not want to help me. My question is if I am in danger of losing my account in the future because the guys at Kabam don't want to help me? Or how can this be solved since it is an account that is at the bottom rank and I have a lot of dedication to the account.
Sorry this is very long and the English is bad but I don't know what else to do to solve this, I hope someone high ranking at Kabam can help me.
