Bug when i dupe a pg

When i dupe a pg from a crystal, the ability level doesnt go up. It stays the same
Why?

    I checked and the sig levels are added to the champion

    It's just that they displayed the updated sig levels only instead of before and after

    I received daredevil from the calendar, and the ability is still the same but i received the 7s star fragment
