In my opinion of forums has not been monotonic, it is always a back and forth, new content releases everyone showers praises and the next month bugs run galore and forum starts getting negative. The game is doing a good job entertaining people through new content, some modes like war are treated with care and champion acquisition has never been this approachable.

So while yes this games needs to improve many modes like incursions, monthly events, battlegrounds, alliance quest etc. I think it is engaging enough for people to spend on it. They should work on ironing out bugs and focus of improving the game modes or else the outrage might build up among people and the game will be abandoned.

So the whales feedback to the community manager directly and Kabam rolled out the 10 unit T6B and T3A offer for the whales initially, the community manager's job is to attend to the VIP spenders aka whales

So imagine the state of the rewards by then if it stays the same by may.

With “value” deals the track,daily deals and even guaranteeing 7* bastion if you $pend money.

The crazy thing it was about $500 to get 7* nefaria and jack.

Look at “featured garantee crystal you need 300 pulls for garantee 7* Luke Cage.

Might aswel get bastion for $500 with deals from web store.

I even call them out that new features crystals for 300 pulls was insanely dumb

I been estimating the forum population and I believe there is only low 5 figure forum users who posted something in their lifetime

Anyone would have realised that it's always the same few users posting in the forums, probably low 4 figure active forum users

The vast majority aren't here and some of them are spending, essentially voicing their opinions with their wallets
