Kabam, any thoughts on the sig levels issue?

This guy was already duped prior to this selector. Here he is, still at sig 20 as he already was, even after restarting the game. I have seen several other players report this bug first, and have seen it myself, but couldn't say confidently that it was happening until now.
Can you actually acknowledge this bug and confirm whether or not sig levels are properly tracking on the backend? This is a pretty devastating bug if things aren't working properly. We should pretty much be avoiding opening crystals because of this.



Where's the all hands on deck response to this severe issue?

    I do track my champion sig level and there is no bug but this is before the update

    I haven't update yet so I can't say for sure

    My Prowler got to 60 and I kept track on it, not sure of my DDHK I claimed. Didn't update though.

    Restart your game after using the selector. My DDHK’s sigs went from 20 to 40 when I restarted.

    I did say in my post that it was the same after restarting, so did that.
