Unfortunately I do not have Knull/Scream/Medusa
Here's my roster and I can take up one cosmic champion to rank 2

    I'd probably go Gorr, Elsa and Chee.
    Northstar is going to be a pain without a miss counter though, so brace for that. You could do Jabari instead of Elsa for that, but I don't know if her bleeds will be consistent enough, or the uptime on countering miss to be high enough to make it worth it. You could use Gorr hitting through the block on the fight.

    I’ve heard Hawkeye can be done by just parry-Heavy but he won’t work against Destroyer or Adam Warlock

    Anyone that bleeds (besides Adam since you need buffs). Her bleeds are guaranteed on her mediums, so you'll deal damage every combo.

    You can use a 6* as well nd honestly aarkus is a beast there. Open a loyalty crystal if you can

    Not sure how the uptime would be, but Chee can counter miss with her SP2. Might be a pain to get there but you can counter NS sp1 with a heavy, possibly keeping the tranquilize debuff paused.

    Already used my 6 star on the Cassie path also this is my last path and I'm not anywhere close to a loyalty crystal 😥

    How about Hyperion sp1 spam with odin prefights?
    Elsa + revives for destroyer.
