Is there any update to the Mister Sinister Rebalancing/Bugfixing?

Late last year we got the following information during NTW/Silver Sable's balance update:

Since then (if I'm not mistaken) there's not been any further info, and with the last major update of Q1 this year being released a few days ago, I was wondering if the team had any details they could share on how the rebalancing is going?

If you attack Bullseye during his evade, he’ll throw his evade, hit you, and Sinsiter will block it, which typically you aren’t able to do, been going on for a very long time.

If you attack Bullseye during his evade, he’ll throw his evade, hit you, and Sinsiter will block it, which typically you aren’t able to do, been going on for a very long time.

It is intentional. When bullseye evades, his special becomes unblockable, that's why you get hit. But sinister can block unblockable specials.
