Which buff voor Joe Fixit in raids?

Hi,

This evening a new week of raids will start. Really looking forward to it, especially since my boy Joe is in the Vanguard pool right now.

Normally i pick OG Iron Man. But this time i would like to give it a go with Joe. But what buff should i choose? Any advise is welcome!
