More champions like shang chi

Shang chi is an awesome design for what some more champions could have in this game. Sort of like Enchantress but not quite as complicated?

EG:
Fandril:
Dash back twice=precision passive
MLM=cruelty passive
MM=true accuracy buff for 2 seconds
MLLM=inflict a bleed debuff for 3 seconds
MLLM= replace bleed debuff with critical passive
Cancel heavy into special= taunt opponent
Whiff= grant grit passive
Etc

Volstagg:
heavy=belly flop like kingpin unstoppable 1 sec
Second heavy=unstoppable and unlockable 1 sec
Third heavy= both above plus disorient 5 sec

While opponent is disoriented: every consecutive attack (LL) (MM) pauses disorient and grants 10% extra power,

While disoriented
Alternating attacks (MLM) inflict rupture

Dash back and hold block= take a swig of mead, granting a passive 10% fury. Do it twice for a 2% heal. Etc

I think if you're gonna have more like Shang then you need to make it flow better in a rotation.

Idk how Shang rotates so this maybe a non issue but overall playstyle makes you feel like you're going out of your way to pull something like it off than playing as a literal master combatant.
