Sigil question

Is there any way to purchase it without having it renew automatically?
I want to purchase it but I'm not ok with having it renew by itself.

I purchased it, and cancelled it so it wouldn't renew.

Not anymore. You could always just immediately cancel after purchasing.

I would suggest not purchasing on the Kabam Store. If you buy through Apple Store, you can cancel your subscription right away and it will stay for the month you bought it for, but not renew. I would have to imagine Google Play has something similar. That is the easiest way now to buy and not have it auto renew.

It does, but I just don’t trust Xsolla. Two people I know cancelled, but had it renew anyway and it took a few weeks to get their money back.

I will absolutely never agree with a renewal subscription. I’ll pay when I want to and cancel when I don’t want it.

At least one other post here had mentioned trying to unsubscribe, but it was the final day, when maybe the processing had already begun.

But even so, yes, I think they got it credited back within a day of asking.

If others here are saying that you can unsubscribe much earlier, without it actually cancelling the current subscription, then that's when people should unsubscribe from it (instead of waiting until last day).

First month I went through apple, second month it went through the store. I just canceled mine yesterday… logged in, cancel subscription was right there on the main page.

I think DNA is considering this from the viewpoint of people forgetting to unsubscribe and letting it go forever. Kinda like a lot of us already do with streaming subscriptions.
Makes it harder work for the rest of us, but I think the setup means Kabam will ultimately make more money from the Sigil, at least more than will be recouped in value by the players.

That’s how mine looks after i unsubscribed. It didn’t show the expiration date before I canceled. I think you are already unsubscribed

This is mine currently as I have not canceled the subscription yet. I think you're good. May also be worth logging out and back in, just in case. But if you subscribed through the webstore and that's what it says, then you're fine.
