increase potency to %8 and duration for 16 seconds, original potency 5% and duration 12 seconds

Dash attack pause all trauma for 6 seconds

Stack limite increased to 30 , in game it says 30 but the max is 25

Special 1 Fury increased to 2,300 , while in Peak performance and now gain a precision that gain 300 potency per unique debuff
