Nightmare Raid Chests no longer scale

So I have a main account (valiant) and two alt accounts (paragon). Main account I actively play, alts are mostly for auto questing. The exception to that is mainly raids, I have all 3 accounts participating in our alliance raids and we did try nightmare raids. Previously in normal raids, they got a "Paragon chest" not the generic basic chest. But currently in the Nightmare raids they got the generic chest (which contained 10k 6* shards which is essentially useless). Why do chests no longer scale in Nightmare raids?

    Bcos they want paragon to progress

    The good thing about raids is that the stronger players can carry the weaker players

    So if they all get the same rewards, weaker players benefit a lot more than the stronger players

    Because nightmare was specifically for valaint.
