Everest content

The ordeal health pools was just perfect for Everest content I didn’t do abyss and necro because I hate long fights that take like 10 minutes but the ordeal fights 2 mil health pool was very manageable just slightly higher than LOL even 3mil would be good enough. But when you hit 4 and 7 mil health pool that’s way it get too much! I think if kabam makes all Everest content health pools like this a lot more people would do it

I love nerco more than ordeal. But simply because it was old content.

I liked Necro more cause it also had a Realm Event that made sense. As of right now If i was a new player doing Necro I would probably hate it

I'm a newer player doing Necro for the first time and really like it, but I'm also using a 7R3 Sentry so that might be a big reason why.
I also did all of EoP and found that both harder, faster, and less fun.
What was the Necro Realm Event?

The more that nodes and defender abilities serve to restrict viable counters and complicate game play the less I like the content...... Not to mention AI and bug issues compounding that dislike and frustration.

Crypto. Was it call was not a count in game but it was for every dead it counts from the second one but one had to finish a run before it end

I haven't run into any AI or bug issues in my current Necro run.
I mean, I guess I should note that I know we cannot win medium intercept battles where we and the AI both dash in at the same time, even though apparently we're supposed to win those.
So I avoid those as much as I can, which isn't that hard to do.
But other than that, and the AI just not wanting to throw specials sometimes, the gameplay has been downright perfect imo.

I am not a fan of these longer forms I dont think they are fun and takes too long. I see no fun in using unitman to clear those fight which I expect is mostly what is done

I enjoy the longer form fights, as long as getting the solo is at least theoretically possible...even if it's unlikely for us mortals.

The whole soloing fights thing was something built up by the little circle of youtubers who need this game to define their life.
Kabam has said on multiple occasions that everest content is designed to require revives for normal players.

How tf did you manage to blow up at someone for such a basic uncontroversial take. The guy didn’t even say solos had to be possible for the average player, they explicitly said the opposite, that they just wanted it to be theoretically possible even if it was well outside the range of an average player’s skill set.

Sorry, I guess that came across way differently than how I intended. It was just a response to Xguard saying us mortals are unlikely to get solos, and I was just saying none of us should ever feel bad for not getting a solo because that's just something that only a small circle of youtubers made into a thing. The game intends for people to use revives, that's not something to be ashamed of.

Belive it or not, I actually really liked Necropolis (aside from Airwalker and Spiderman 2099). To be honest, although Ares was my favorite fight in the game, some of those paths where just miserable, like I deeply disliked some of those fights to the point where their health pools were still too large. Its really about node design and not about health pool.

I see Everest content in two categories.

    ・Short Form Everest:
    - Very High Attack, Very Punishing
    - High Health Pool
    - Complicated Node Combinations
    - Skill Test and High Level of Strategy needed

    ・Long Form Everest:
    - High Attack
    - Colossal Health Pool
    - One champion specific node plus one or two global or trap
    - Focus and Endurance Test

I actually enjoy both and there are champions more catered to one than the other, so having both or a mixture of both adds flavor to the endgame. I agree that the Grandmaster's Gauntlet (and Ordeal) is the best everest content but I actually enjoyed my Abyss (Carina) run and my first Necropolis (10 Year Challenge run).

I hope they'll continue adding both since either gives a unique form of satisfaction.

I personally enjoyed all the everest contents. Even the carina necros, except the dimensional beings. But, I have to admit, I wouldn't mind, if we wouldn't have to repeat them. Ordeal was fun for me, since I didn't do the original gauntlet.
