Yes, as long as Medusa is dupped, she is worth R5, but pls remember to bring her along with the SYNERGY to make the best out of her!!!

Once dupped and with synergy, Medusa is the current Top 3 Cosmic champs, together with Hyperion and Angela. You won't regret R5-ing her, she'll be kicking ass like a charm!
