best mutant champs

Hey guys!
I have some 4 star mutants - Cyclops, beast, storm, cable, Magneto
Can someone suggest me the strongest of these to take them to rank 4

I would say Cable is one of the best among your list of mutant, not everyone likes him from the start, may need some get used to.

Storm is a good old school, SP hits hard. Beast is an under-estimated champ, he is a decent champ with good damage & bleed.

Still, assuming you already know that the top 5 are Iceman, Archangel, Wolverine, X23 and Rogue, and assuming your current focus is only the 5 you listed, then Cable is the one you should go with.

Beast.
He’s awesome to fight with. His moveset is great.

He can bleed or reduce enemy energy gain by a lot if in the right mode and duped can heal and do some serious damage.

I’ve been hanging for him for ages.

Best mutants: AA, Iceman, rogue, wolvie, beast.
NC for defense.

NEUROPLEXUS

storm does nasty damage. cable is good, but he as inconsistent procs on regen and power gain ect. i would say both are equal depending on what you need

It really depends on if they are duped or not. I would not rank Beast, Storm, Cyclops or Magneto up unless they are duped. Cable is worthy of rank 4 if unduped. If duped Storm and Beat are also good rank 4 choices.

The only one from your list that I have is Storm, and once she was duped, I took her to 3/30. The specials deal insane damage. If it wasn't for having a duped Rogue at 4/40, I would probably be using Storm a lot more.
