Jack O Lantern or Bastion?

I picked up Bastion and a Jack dupe (jack is R3 already) so what mutant matchups is Bastion better for than Jack?

Bastions extra utility might be better for non mutant matches.

I dont have 7* OS but that synergy looks like it makes her much, much better.
