Precision or Cruelty first? Which is more important?

So I have the basic setup for Defense and Utility and now I am doing Offense. I know I need Precision and Cruelty... but I can only afford one right now (or soon, I accidentally wasted 100 units earlier on a PCH... was not happy, but I got a 3* Quake I did not have yet so not a total loss at least

). Which is more important?

precision for sure, it really helps champs like crossbones and wolverine

Thanks for the advice! Precision does seem to make sense when put like that (I did not really understand which did what until now).
