Transferring power within the same characters

This is just a suggestion instead of having double gainers at different levels and using level ups. Now hear me out instead of the duplicates giving golden power ups. How about that power goes to the highest character you have until maxed out. This would allow the simplest players to be able to compete in some of the games. Then when that players completely maxed out and you get a duplicate, you can start on the next level levels and getting them strength. So that mean, if I got a level five maxed out whatever I built within the five star will transfer to my six starunless the individual does not want to transfer the power. You can make it optional if that makes sense. I am not a professional writer, so please don’t judge me.

Honesty, while I see the intention, I think a lot of people would want to awaken certain Champs and focus on them being the higher priority, since there are some that truly get better at Max sig.
