Unable to access paragon gauntlet

I finished exploring throne breaker difficulty for this month EQ. But the paragon gauntlet is still locked. Anyone else having this issue? Who can I contact at kabam about this?

Are you at least Paragon progression? If so, you need to submit a ticket to Kabam support. In game, hit the gear icon, then swipe down to the green support button.
