6* Featured Crystal April Fools Prank?!

None of the Champions in the featured pool are actually in the crystal… is this an April Fools prank? If so…. refund me my 6* shards. Kabam cannot he serious. There’s no way Kabam have chosen to play games with my resources. I spent battle chips to get the shards to open a 6* features crystal. Run me my shards back fr.

Can I keep the Silk I pulled and ranked up? You can only send me 1/2 of the compensation, I just want to keep her. I’ve been trying to pull her as a 6/7* for months

So now those people that were impacted by the bug will be refunded their shards and get to keep the champs they pulled, which did include 7 star shards from dupes? Doesn’t sound fair

Happened to me last night I also opened 6* featured crystals worth more than 300k , I was at a party so I was just popping 5 crystals without seeing the reels and after I exhausted all my shards I was amazed as to what was with my luck as I did not get even a single new featured champ. @kabam (why cant I tag community managers) I definitely need my resources refunded no other was as i was saving for months for this and opened on launch to get new champs asap...!
P.S. |even though I need my resources at the least back, also a compensation for being wronged as all the fun taken back from crystal opening... then again compensation is not equal to the fun one gets from an enjoyable game! I have given many hours of my life to the game and this is not we expect cant even do a simple thing like updating a crystal!

@KabamPinwheel can you say more aboute compensation please ?
This to know if champs pulled from bugged cristal will be clawed back (so don't rank up them), if 7* shards when duped will be clawed back, so don't open 7* cristal, etc.
Also, can we open feat 6 now if shards remain in our stock ? For example, I got 1.1 million shards. Used approximatively 600K in bugged. Can I use 500K remaining before compensation ?

Why are people thinking compensation ist delayed. Kabampinwheel said compensation maybe comes on friday. He didnt say next friday. First Friday in April 2026 seems more realistic.
