New featured crystals - bug

I got iceman in new featured crystal opening but it was mentioned that you will get only the champs in featured crystals.
Iceman name is not available in the featured crystal
Or else I'm missing something

I opened 24 crystals and got black widow, sandman, guilly, champion before realizing these champs aren’t in the pool. What’s going on?!

Same here opened 700k shards just to find no featured champs in the pool and just champs that aren't even listed keep popping up, I would like my shards back please, if this is a joke it's not funny 😭.

This must surely be a prank cos Kabam don’t have the mind to f**k hundred of thousands of players if not millions up… I opened over 20 crystals and all were old champions. I patiently await my refunds

Just another reason why I refuse to spend extra on those crystals. In the last 10 years or how ever long they’ve been offering this. I have never gotten a new champion from them always the same champs from the regular crystals. Always a waste of 50% shards. Titan shards are no better. After while you learn not to put your hand in the fire, you’ll always get burned.

I've opened 10x 6-stars shard crystals last night and opened 1x 7-stars. The 7-stars champ was no where in my list of champ. Who shall I contact in kabam on this issue? Anyone can help please?
