Deathless Sig Stones Again?

Both the AW showcase and the Saga showcase have deathless sig stones in the rewards instead of regular / class sigs. The last showcase had class sigs in them, so not sure why were going back to deathless?
Majority either do not have Thanos yet or already took their thanos to sig 200 so these sigs will for the most part collect dust.

Why would they collect dust?
My Thanos is Sig 200, but I'll happily take some more stones to put into my r3 Deathless She-Hulk.
She's astonishingly versatile, and I've seen showcases of her romping through Epoch and the Ordeal.
Using her myself for the Deathless challenge in the Necropolis, she cleared seven path fights and got five solos. And I'm not a player that normally gets Necropolis solos.
It's a bigger issue for anyone who hasn't got/hasn't Awakened Thanos yet - there's an inventory limit of 100, so it's possible people could lose some, if they don't have Thanos ready to receive them...
I have 47 of them just... sitting in my account.
That was the tactic during the deathless saga and aw runs. All the deathless champs counted as both tactic attacker and defender
