Trying to decide who to upgrade

I have a duped six-star scream rank 3, a duped scorpion rank 3, an unduped Chang chi rank 3, and an unduped onslaught rank 3, I can upgrade two of them to rank 4… who should I upgrade?

    Scorpion and Onslaught. Scream is ok(O have her 7* r2 and I like her). And Shang Chi is beast but still those 2 champions will help you more.
