Herc doesn't need a full overhaul like magik and quake. He just legit needs a nerf to his immortality and intercept window and he'd be fine to release

I think it will depending on how well received Magik and Quake are, they're testing waters. If they don't tho I don't mind, never used Herc, I'm happy with Magik and Quake getting that treatment.
