How Many R4s Do You Have?

I was playing a lot of offseason BG last night, which I know, is like going to the casino on a Tuesday morning, but I was seeing 5 or 6 R4s on a lot of rosters.

0. I could get 1 now, but i’d rather focus more on expanding my r3’s because a r3 can take on a r4 in pvp content fairly decently but it’d be harder for a r1 and a r2. So i want more r3’s first.
