What’s the difference between immortality and death immunity?

Just reading over Phoenix’s kit and wondering, what’s the real difference? Both buffs basically act like the same

Certain characters can counter one, but not the other

Death immunity normally comes with healing where as immortality just is u just stay at 1% always and sometimes have clauses like herc of dies still by a sp3 where death immunity still keeps u alive even from a sp3

They’re basically the same but with a different name that means they’re countered by different things. One extremely minor point though is that Death Immunity is, as the name implies, an immunity which means it triggers any abilities that occur when immunities proc. I don’t know that it’s relevant to Serpent outside of niche node interactions, but for the original Death Immune BWCV that meant that she got to trigger her power gain and gain clairvoyance charges when being KO’d was prevented by the immunity, so there was a point to its existence when it first rolled around.
