Help with my account please

Hey guys I need help linking a Kabam account to my in game account. When I created it in 2016 it just made my account with my game center account, therefore never linking a Kabam account to my actual In game account. Whenever I try and sign into a Kabam account it creates a new In game account, and whenever I create a new Kabam account from the actual game (via the in game login option page), it does the same exact thing. Is there any way to fix this? The Kabam support team on email hasn’t helped so far. If anyone needs any more information also let me know.

Im sorry but i dont have any experience with this. I think u should try to get a cm's attention and get them to help you, like crashed, pinwheel or mike/kabam (osaurus) rex

If you can get them to undo the creation of that new game account, you can either try again to link that email to an existing Game Center game account.

See if any of the articles in Support will help lead how to correctly do it (lots of people have problems doing it).

Or continue with Support via email (but anyways, they will have to remove the NEW account so the email address is free to try again).
