Best Mystic to R3/4

Which one is the best to rank up ? Spiral at R1 could solo again Serpent at AW Deathless showcase, but she seems to be not easy to use when fighting against others than Serpent.

Chavez. Very very nearly as good as Kushala on attack but a massively better defender in BGs, and easier to use.
