do we get the code now and whenever the milestones are reached, we get the rewards, or are we supposed to get a code whenever each milestone is reach cause I signed up but never got code

    According to the FAQ, we're going to get one code that awards all the rewards that are unlocked. So they will almost certainly wait until the PC launch, and then send the codes out at that time, one per sign up, and that one code will grant a bundle with all the rewards in it.
