Same here. IIRC correctly, the same thing happened with 9.2. There wasn’t actually a sign up. When the beta opens in a few weeks, you’ll see a little gold icon thing that looks like a star. It’ll be somewhere on the Home Screen. Probably over with the little grid of stuff on the far right.
