Accidental Poolshield purchase

I’m hoping someone from the game team sees this today… Why is the support team unable to reverse accidental Poolshield purchases, when they can do this for other types of purchases in-game?

    Try and say you like another bundle that’s maybe would help also hope you haven’t opened anything. That’s might be better

    Might be no refunds due to the nexus crystals and people trying to game the system with not liking their options asking for refunds.

    That’s certainly your prerogative, and I’ve seen enough videos of ban posts and such to understand where you’re coming from.

    When I was looking at the offers, I was trying to enlarge the price on the offer to make sure I was reading it correctly, and ended up getting a “purchase confirmed” sort of message for my trouble.

    How can you enlarge the size of stuff inside the game ?
    Isn’t the only place you can do that is in quest maps ?

    (other than take a snapshot and go to your pics and view/enlarge it there)

    Did you open or use any of the items? As soon as you use the item they won’t reverse it.

    If you buy some crystals, and accidentally open them, they won’t refund them.

    So what I've been told is that it is in fact the Tracker event that prevents support from reversing poolshield purchases. Unfortunately, that's all I can pass on about that, but the obvious complicating factors are having to first reverse the poolshield purchase, then refund the tracker milestones (which might involve reversing sig levels on an existing champ) and then reversing the tracker points themselves which is a completely separate thing support normally doesn't have direct access to.

    No, I made sure not to use any of the resources before I had gotten a final answer on this issue.
