Sorcerer Supreme Slow debuff bug

I have been playing with Sorcerer supreme in BG and whenever I’m trying to slow my opponent, the debuff never appears. Tried this in other modes too but same bug occurs. I’ve lost 2-3 matches because of it and it is very annoying.
Please look into it and fix it as soon as possible.

    Slow does not apply against class disadvantage (Science champions in Sorceror Supreme’s case) and Destroyer is just straight-up immune to slow.

    Slow doesn't work if you're in a class disadvantage and some champions are immune to slow like Destroyer, Ultron. Silk reduces slow duration in 90% and some nodes may have a slow immunity too. Against some champions slow can aplly, but can't have any effect like Bullseye he still can evade because his killer Instinct is immune to AAR and Slow is AAR to evade and unstoppable. Nightcrawler against non tech champions his evade won't be affected by slow.
