Query on Gladiator Circuit

So today is my first time in GC, and the above image is showing current in Uru 5 so does this mean I am in Uru 5 and will it remain same if I don't do anything in BG going forward. Would love to know how GC works and tips if any.

It will change as people score more points. Only Uru 6 is guaranteed (after playing at least one match). The more people play, the more you will need to play to keep placement.

Yes and no. Maintaining a score will only last so long. I would expect Uru 5 to require upwards of 100 points (probably closer to 200) when all is said and done. From there everything will be tighter and won't be hundreds of points per tier, but it's gonna be a decent score to stay above the bottom.

I hope it’s not 200 to just get to uru 5. With inflated pools, I feel the lower brackets will be a bit more spread out.

The last few seasons have been well over 100 to get out of Uru 3. While there are more tiers, there's also a new currency with access to the best stuff in the game. While I have the same hope as you, the whole game mode is on its head right now. Who knows what might happen.

Everyone is also starting out closer to GC than previously.

So those that didn’t reach it before no longer got dropped 8 levels.
Basically it's a continuation from end of last season, with a whole nother season to finish reaching GC this time for them.

Besides for everyone who DID reach it, are quite easy to reach again (in case some seasons some people would have not tried as much every season).
