4 star chests from Uncollected give T2 basic iso?

Seriously? This just comes across as sloppy and not very well thought out at all. The bosses are only hard because they zap all your life with unblockable specials; not from being more aggressive, parry stunning more, having more life (all of which would have been much better received). But to add insult to injury you give us ISO meant for a 1 star in an event full of 6 stars.
