New Valiant EQ Feedback

I’ve cleared two quest and I’m on the third, but honestly, I’m not sure I’m enjoying it to be honest.

It’s not really about roster; I’ve had success even with 6r3s thanks to attacker boosts. The health carryover and overall format are fine. But here’s my main concern:

We’re losing the team-building and synergy aspect of the game.

The game promotes “building your dream team,” and synergies have always been a big part of that or at least they should be. But lately, they’re being sidelined:
• New Valiant EQ? No synergies.
• Raids? Gone.
• New AW? Gone.
• Story and SoP-type content? Not synergy-friendly.
• Incursions are basically the only mode where synergies still matter, but it’s incursions. Current AW and AQ isn’t always synergy friendly.

EQ is monthly content and a perfect place to let us use and explore synergies more meaningfully.

Suggestion:
Make EQ a 3-champion team mode. Instead of swapping after every fight, allow 3 fights and only 1 swap until old team is replaced by a new team or something to that idea. It keeps the challenge, but brings back some depth and team-building.

    I actually think you're looking at it wrong. The quest has 16 fights. Think of it as a team of 16 instead of 1 or 5. This type of quest basically challenges you to use a wide variety of champs vs only bringing the same 'ole, same 'ole champs.

    I actually like this type of quest more. Makes me use my champs that I normaly wouldn't use. It's get kind of boring if you keep using the same 5 champs all the time. The other champs need some lovin too. The rewards are worth it for now. So I'm happy with it now.

    I just found it annoying for the skill quest because my skill roster is very weak so I had to use 6 star rank 1s for a few fights.

    I actually like this type of quest more. Makes me use my champs that I normaly wouldn't use. It's get kind of boring if you keep using the same 5 champs all the time. The other champs need some lovin too. The rewards are worth it for now. So I'm happy with it now.

    I agree with this. I love content like this where it's more about building a roster all around rather than plugging in two champs and blowing through it all. I've had a lot of fun with it. This is a huge win for Kabam in my book.

    I get that part, what I’m suggesting is to keep the team building and synergies aspect with this new content. It’s dying off if it hasn’t already. My suggestion is not necessarily the gospel but an idea. A team of 3 where you swap out one until the entire team is replaced with a new team keeps a measure of team building while maintaining the idea of testing our roster strength and champion knowledge.
    This is another content you can’t use synergies. Synergies are no longer exciting.
    This is a feedback and an observation. Hope it come across as that and not someone just being negative.
