Entering the Game

in Bugs and Known Issues
I'm unable to directly open into the game. Everytime I have erase storage and sign in using kabam ID. if I try to directly open it is getting struck at the main loading page. Need your help

    Same issue for me.. game is not loading beyond initial screen
