I'm lost, can anybody answer ?

I've collected my twitch drops after watching the live stream yesterday, but when logging onto the game, even this Morning there's no inbox message saying I received it, there's no reunion crystals in the crystal section, there's no energy refills in overflow and didn't get any health or revives and it's been 17 hours, I wanted to make a submit request but I'm not sure which category to title this under.

Any ideas on "Choose the issue that best matches your concern" section this claims goes under ?
