Are Old Special Quests and Back Issues Going to get Reward Buffs Eventually?

Simple. Road to Labrynth, Realm of Legends, Labyrinth of Legends have fairly lackluster rewards for this day and age. I feel that newer player need a better incentive to clear these modes. I.e better rewards, because compared to what they give from main story, this is just not worth doing.

Those are end game contents for their respective eras. They aren't buffed, because new everest content always comes out.
Best we can expect, is maybe another ordeal style thing, where the same map and defenders used, but everything is beefed up.

I’m actually trying to get through back issues now with all of the energy refills we got.

    There’s just sooo many paths.

It’s good units though if you’ve got the time. @DNA3000 calculated it on an old post of you search up unit grinding.

The gold seems to be pretty good as well. And you get to use champs you wouldn’t normally use, so it’s kind of fun.

Story quests are made for everyone so they can keep up with the natural progression of the game. They will always get buffed as time goes on, when the gap between starting out and end game becomes too wide. Right now it’s daunting and discouraging for new players to get through so much content without getting rewarded for some of the best rewards the game has to offer. While they don’t want to give new players easy access to 7* and 6* straight off the bat, they want to make the journey to obtaining their first one less of a slog.

Endgame content such as Everest content were difficult content made for endgame players to further build and test their skills. It’s based on the era they were introduced, for example ROL was made to be done with 4*. But can easily be completed with a 7*. There is no point in buffing the rewards for a content that doesn’t fulfil its purpose. If they wanted to buff the rewards they’d have to buff the defenders as well to compensate for the current meta. But at that point they’re better off just making new content instead entirely.
