About cheat usage

I just faced a player in a one-on-one battle. I blocked his 3 strongest heroes. However, he defeated my 7/6 stars with 4-5 star low-level heroes. When I look at his profile, he is level 50 and almost undefeated. I don't believe this is possible and I think the account is a scam. I request that it be investigated.
