Carina challenge "O' Canada"

I just completed the carina challenge O'Canada after many many hours and 60+ revives deep and after I completed it I went to claim my rewards and it didn't register kabam please have a look at this

I just completed O Canada challenge as well and am having the same issue. I sent in a ticket. Hopefully they’ll fix this issue soon.

I can't even submit a request, it says my password is incorrect and when I click on forgot password it doesn't send an email, what's wrong with this game??
